Pathogenic bacteria require food rich in Nutrients to survive such as poultry,fish,dairy,fruit and vegetables.
These foods are generally perishable foods that if not stored correctly will go bad within a few days.
Temperature
Pathogenic Bacteria will start to grow on food that has been left out of fridge and sitting at room temperature for longer than 2 hours.
After 2 hours it will double 20 min

Foods are stored in freezer-18 or Fridge of 2-4 cooked over 75 and reheated over 80 degrees

Moisture
|
Food Is left to cool prior to going in the fridge to avoid condensation

|
Food should not be left out for more than 2 hours
