I wonder

I wonder why the sky is blue
When the sun light reaches the Earths atomsphere it is scattered or deflected,by the tiny molecules of gas (mostly nitrogen and oxygen)in the air.Because these molecules are much smaller than the wavelength of visible light the amount of scattering depends on the wavelength.
What causes the sky to be blue?
Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth's atomsphere.Blue is scattered more than other colours because it travels as shorter smaller waves.This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.Also the surface of Earth has reflected and scattered the light.

In English today for silent reading,I have chosen to read about Hawaii.I chose to read about Hawaii because i wan't to know what has been happening in Hawaii.There could be a volcano in Hawaii.Hawaii did survive earthquakes and molten lava,but now Hawaii's big Island has new things to worry about steam driven explosions,hazardous,volcano smog and acid rain.The target audience is 10 years and up.

In English for silent reading.I have chose to read about Romeo and Juliet.I chose to read about Romeo and Juliet because it is interesting.It's written by William Shakespeare.Romeo and Juliet is about these to young people that fall in love and die because of that love.Shakespeare wrote Romeo and Juliet to explain the worst possible can find themselves in.Based on parts in real life,he bases his characters on emotions and feelings of people while in love.
